Welcome to Katapov! Thank you for joining our referral program.

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Software as a merchant (“us” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) referring customers to use a product or service from a merchant.

By participating in the Program, Partner agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any way.

1. Approving or rejecting the registration

We reserve the right to approve or deny any Affiliate Program enrollment at our sole and absolute discretion. You will not have any legal right against us to refuse to enroll you in the Affiliate Program.

2. Affiliate and coupon links

A referral link is generated automatically, but you can also create an affiliate link for a specific product or group. If someone clicks on someone else's referral link and later clicks on yours, that's what matters.

Affiliate may or may not be assigned to a single voucher code with details and usage indicated on the main dashboard. If the customer clicks on the referral link and uses the voucher code, you will not get double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you will not be allowed to promote the coupon.

The partner can also advertise the merchant's website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, ... or offline classifieds channels, magazines and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get the commission amount which is calculated based on the commission structure. The commission amount depends on the value of the order and does not include additional fees (taxes, shipping cost, ...).

In order for the marketer to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details in the settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the partner directory page.

Payments will only be sent for successfully completed transactions. Use of the affiliate program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each referral request. If commission status is displayed in the Commission tab, any commission paid will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid.

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotional media such as a banner, banner or promotion of a specific group to you through the Marketing Tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.

5. Network

If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their affiliates. If any downline affiliate brings an order to the merchant's shop, the upline affiliate will also get the network commission which depends on the merchant's settings.

To invite other affiliates to the system, share the network link and any other affiliate that clicks on this link and subscribes will become your downline affiliate.

6. Cookie

We use a cookie to track who clicked on your link, so they need to use cookies for us to track them.

If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them and therefore cannot pay revenue on that person's activity.

Cookie Day is mentioned on the affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time the customer clicks on the affiliate link or uses the coupon. Within the time of the cookie, each order placed by this customer on the merchant site will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there is no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link after that).

7. Exclusion from the Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: info@katabuf.com.

We have a14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
